Perpetual Adoration of the Most Blessed Eucharist
On the first Friday of each month, there will be a perpetual adoration of the Most Blessed Eucharist.  The Knights of Columbus is helping by coordinating the activities so that there is always someone there with Our Lord. Everyone is encouraged and invited to participate and spend time with Our Lord.  If you would like to sign up for a time slot, please contact Brother Robert McCracken by email here or by phone at (256) 232-0735.

Art on the Square

On October 17th 2006, The Immaculate Conception Council assisted with the first annual Art On the Square by helping with crowd control and giving directions to the various exhibits and attractions on the Athens City Square.  A couple of our local parishoners had exhibits on display.

Knights' Annual Spaghetti Dinner
Beginning on November 4, 2007, the Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Council has hosted each year it's annual Spaghetti Dinner in the Parish Hall at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Athens, AL.  Proceeds went to support the Knights activties in the parish and community.  Click on the links to see pictures:

Knights 1st Annual Boston Butt Fundraiser, May 16, 2009 (Pictures)
The Immaculate Conception Council hosted its first annual Boston butt & rib fundraiser. Boston Butts and ribs were barbecued by a local vendor and proceeds were used to fund the Knights' charity activities.

Knights & Wives Christmas Party December 9, 2008 (Pictures)
On December 9, 2008, the Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Council held a Christmas Party to celebrate the season and socialize. Merry Christmas to all!

Knights Youth Barbeque 2009
The Immaculate Conception Council honored the youth of St. Paul's parish for all their efforts to support parish activities by hosting a barbeque for them. All had a great time!

Knights Mother's Day Brunch, May 9, 2009 (Pictures)
The Immaculate Conception Council honored all the mothers of St. Paul's parish for...well for being Mom. 19 knights fed 150 families three kinds of quiche, waffles, fruit, and hash browns. Everyone had a great time and we made lots of mothers very happy!
